My philosophy regarding
the house that fits…
I subscribe to the principles of The Not So Big House (A blueprint for the Way We Live) by Sarah Susanka, a leading American residential architect.
The premise of this must-read book is that quality should come before quantity. Simplicity and purpose create the intimacy that makes a house a home. Wasted space and floor plans irrelevant to the owner’s lifestyle can bring a sense of detachment and coldness; the opposite of what constitutes home.
A not so big house can simplify your life be affording you financial freedom and more free time. It also lessens your environmental footprint by conserving energy and consuming less resources.

THE REALTOR THAT FITS...
As a former graphic designer I have a special appreciation for architecture and the unique ability to help you visualize the possibilities in a home.
As a California transplant, I have loved living in Portland since I moved here in 1999. I purchased my urban cottage in 2000, located in the Division/Clinton neighborhood of southeast Portland.
I love working with first time buyers, down-sizers and transplants looking to establish roots in the Rose City.
I look forward to helping you find HOME: The house that fits!
